MART BP Internal corporate quality standard

"MART BP" is an internal corporate standard for the quality of work during the creation of unique real estate to order. It was developed by the company’s founders in agreement with the partners. This approach eliminates numerous problems and costs that can arise throughout various interactions between parties.

The key benchmarks of the quality standard are the following values:

  • Developing regulations for each stage, coordinated and agreed upon by all parties involved. Regulations dictate appropriate actions to take in the event of various delays, additional costs, and unforeseen omissions. This practice helps realistically regulate processes while considering the interests of all parties: the client and partners, subcontractors, and individual high-class workshops
  • Logging of each stage, accompanied by photographs and videos of key nodes and materials used. This helps monitor the quality of milestones and makes adjustments easier during subsequent repairs, even years later. Additionally, these materials can be documented to justify the cost of an object when sold to a third party, when the quality of its constituent elements is updated, etc.
  • Completing works and work with materials according to a special standard. Quality control is done by experienced European specialists
  • Ensuring a minimum carbon footprint, integrating renewable energy sources in projects, working according to Cradle-to-Cradle standards and obtaining LEED Gold certification
  • Applying adapted project management methodology from the PMI (Project Management Institute), the method recommended all over the world to help significantly reduce costs during project implementation
  • Ensuring our partners and contractors comply with the MART BP quality standard at various stages of work: Architectural, Design, Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, Maintenance
  • Promotion, Adjustments, Working Documentation. Details are formalized during project discussion
  • Designing structures of any complexity using BIM standards, depending on the needs of the client. Creating complex parametric models that effectively scale objects
  • Formalizing opinions, logging requests during each stage, monitoring communications, documenting adoption of milestone decisions (paper-based reporting)
  • Tracking the quality, transportation, proper storage, and optimal use of materials used, a system of accounting for the materials used in accordance with the calculated design volumes
  • Inviting independent industry experts (in agreement with the client) to control the quality of stage works, drawing up protocols for the client
  • Introducing additional regulations at the request of the client to increase the level of confidence in the work being carried out
