MART Bespoke Properties was founded by Alexey Martyntsov in collaboration with industry partners and experts in 2021.

The decision to create a new company in the industry was the result of many years of work and several achievements on the architecture, design, and innovation market.

Since 2014, active steps have been taken to promote high-tech business on global sites using the world's leading design solutions, as well as efforts to develop corporate spaces - in particular, the promotion of YOTA devices. In 2018, a partnership was formed with External Reference (External & Partners SLU), who act as the Eurasian Representative Office for the company to scale best practices of the European School in Eurasia.

In cooperation with a consulting partner, the partnership of Alexey Martyntsov and External Reference has successfully been presented to a wide range of leading Russian and regional business circles since 2018.

In 2019, Alexey Martyntsov and External Reference (in the present MART Bespoke Properties) worked together to create a five-star hotel project for Yerevan and present it to the Urban Development Committee of Armenia. They have also designed a five-star resort in Croatia and become the finalist in a competition for the construction of the Russian Copper Company pavilion.

The partnership also won a competition in 2020 to implement the project for the VIP floors of the new Sberbank headquarters. Following this, Alexey Martyntsov and his partners decided in 2021 to found a company with a wider profile and planning horizon than that of a simple design studio.
